About me and my practice
When we first meet we will explore your feelings and talk through what you want to achieve and your needs. The journey from not feeling yourself to discovering yourself is different for every single one of us. I believe I can provide the support needed to move through a crisis; allow you time and space to get to know yourself, and as such allow you to develop a greater sense of well being.
I believe in working collaboratively with my clients and believe the quality of the working relationship is the most important component of counselling. It is a confidential, non-judgemental space to share how you truly feel with someone who is in no other way connected to your life. I can support you in understanding your feelings and in finding new ways of coping more effectively.
Qualifications
An Accredited and experienced Psychodynamic Therapist with a BSc in Psychology. I am a qualified PCE-CfD Counsellor. I also hold a Foundation Certificate in Psychodynamic Counselling Skills and The BACP Certificate of Proficiency.
